Maybe we should start at the beginning. So today, I watched some Brain Games (after I got my Pretty Little Liars fix, I'm addicted!). idk if y'all have Brain Games where you live, but basically it's this show about different aspects of your life that are controlled by your brain, and the show kind of teaches you about it... trust me, it's WAY more interesting then it sounds! Okay, so I watched 2 episodes that were about anger and compassion. And I learned some stuff that I need to tell you guys...
So, anger is only caused by fear and pain. This makes it easier for people to see a point of view when they're mad at someone. So whenever someone is angry at you, remind yourself that they're hurt or scared or something. Definitely helps you keep calm and want to help that person!
The other thing was that compassion/kindness is actually truly strengthened by being more kind all the time! Unfortunately, even seeing someone angry can also make you angry :(. No surprise, but that's actually really important!
So those 2 things combined together= hopefully y'all spreading happy vibes and sparkles!
This is so important to me because I feel like people are often get too angry and aren't kind, which ends up with the other person angry, which makes them blow up at someone else... WHEN WILL THE MADNESS STOP?!
