Happy Day-After-Thanksgiving! Hope you guys had a ton of food, fun, and family! Here's what I did:
Went to Legal Sea Foods with my parents' friends. I know Legal is not the most Thanksgving-y restaurant. Whateves. They still had turkey though! Even though I actually hate turkey- it's my least favorite Thanksgiving food. My favorite is STUFFING. The stuffing was so good at Legal:).
Today was a family tradition: movie day! We were originally going to go to the Museum of Science, but we were all too lazy, lol. We watched Rear Window. It's this old movie directed by Alfred Hitchcock. It's about this guy who has a broken leg and just looks at the window at his neighbors (stalker! there were many jokes about that. Guess what? He looks out with BINOCULARS). One night he thinks he sees a murder and he finds clues about it with his girlfriend (played by Grace Kelly <3) and his detective friend. It moves along really slowly, like most old movies, so if you hate slow-paced movies, you probably would not be interested. But the ending, if you can stay awake through the beginning & middle (my dad actually fell asleep. He always does that with old movies cuz he thinks they're boring:), is really heart-pounding. and grace kelly saves the day!
What about you guys? What did you do for Thanksgiving? Any traditions associated with it?
p.s. tomorrow my family is going to Symphony Hall for some piano concert, which sounds boring, but it's not for me because I don't mind classical music. My dad listens to it a lot, so I'm used to it. I'm a weirdo.
