Heehee. But no I don't have some camera trained on your face right now (that would be beyond creepy and wrong on so many levels). So, anyway, that's what this post is about!
Yes, I know that is sooo cheesy, and yes, I am vair proud of you for making it this far. I am doing this because you may be someone who is totally insecure and has zero confidence, or you could be some one who has more than enough confidence to go around. I am the first person. I'm a total perfectionist, so when I mess up I get really insecure and start comparing myself to others, and I often think I'm fat, unathletic, ugly, and dumb. But i am none of those things!!! And who hasn't had one of those days? Where you're totally down and feel like you're about to shatter? We all need someone to pick us up, and we can't let these bad feelings take us over.
Loving yourself is sooo important in life. It's hard. I know. But here are some tips to brush ourselves off:

Loving yourself is sooo important in life. It's hard. I know. But here are some tips to brush ourselves off:
- do something you love. It could be sports, music, a favorite song. Whatever.
- treat yourself. Do something that's relaxing: a bubble bath, a walk around the park, sleep, your favorite snack.
- remind yourself YOU ARE STRONG. you can make it through.
- you're not your labels. Don't believe them. Pretend they're just bubbles you can pop anytime you want.
- talk to someone. don't go it alone! We all need someone to help us through and pick us up. Call a friend or meet them somewhere. Talk to your parents, your siblings (if you trust them enough;), or whoever's with you at home.
